With these shingles, you also get a variety of styles and colors to choose from to complement your home and taste. Our GAF shingles carry a 50-year warranty against defects. In the event that the shingles fail, the manufacturer will replace everything at no extra cost. Specifically, GAF warranties cover the cost of new material, labor, and disposal of waste from the site.

IKO Shingles

If you’re on a tight budget, look no further than Greater Purpose Construction LLC for affordable shingles. We install IKO shingles, one of the most affordable lines of shingles in the US, allowing you to find roofing products at competitive prices. But low prices don’t mean you’re sacrificing appearance, quality, or longevity. Our IKO shingles come with both standard and upgraded roof warranties.

A standard IKO warranty is 15 years, prorated, meaning that the manufacturer will cover less of the repair and replacement costs over time. This type of warranty only includes the cost of the material.

An upgraded IKO warranty is 20 years, prorated. The warranty lasts for 20 years and includes the cost of materials, labor, and disposal.

Metal

Metal roofs do not carry a warranty since the material lasts forever. However, these roofs need repainting from time to time to maintain their appeal and protect them from the elements. The warranty offered on metal lasts just as long as the paint’s warranty lasts, a period of between 25 and 40 years.

TPO Roof Warranties
